40k 1st year OTE, 60k+ 2nd year OTE, 100K 3rd year OTE

Our client is looking for an individual who is a highly motivated, confident communicator to act as a vital link between client and the talented professionals they seek. Your ability to identify exceptional candidates and match them with the perfect career opportunities will be instrumental in driving our clients success.
The perfect candidate will be exceptional at:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, by understanding and fulfilling their recruitment needs.
- Exhibiting skills of sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract and retain new business from client companies, daily.
- Sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates using a multitude of methods including online job boards, networking and referrals. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between client and candidate, gather feedback and act as a trusted advisor for both parties throughout the recruitment process.
- Nurture strong relationships with both client and candidate by ensuring a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates, and monitoring the progress of placed candidates promoting their satisfaction and successful integration within the client organisation.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively multitask
- Sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of recruitment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Results-driven mindset (preferably with track record of meeting goals and targets)
- IT skills
- Strong work ethic in relation to motivation to reach top earnings
