What is recruitment?
Some people confuse the role of an agency recruiter so let’s bring that to life first!

• Business development/ sales/ selling through service. You will receive full training on how to identify leads, sales opportunities and trained on how to conduct sales calls
• Client meetings – we meet every client
• Candidate attraction, matching the candidates to the job using job boards, LinkedIn, inhouse CRM, ad writing, headhunting, job fairs and so much more
• Interviewing potential candidates then shortlisting for client 
• Coordinating interviews, gaining feedback from both sides 
• An offer is made! 

The process above is simplified but what goes into this is sales, service/account management, administration, and lots of passion!
