Trainee Recruitment Consultant

BIM Recruiter Ltd is a technical recruitment agency working with clients in the Architecture, Construction Engineering industry in UK, Ireland and across Europe.

We help companies grow. We find the people our clients need to deliver construction projects across the world.

And guess what, we are growing ourselves.

We are a small team, but we are looking to take on an additional Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team and support our business in planned growth over the next few years.

Recruitment isnt for everyone and it can be a challenging (and equally rewarding position)

What will you be doing?

• As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be taught and mentored in the main areas of recruitment. You will learn about developing new business relationships in technical markets, you will learn how to prospect and hunt for new sales opportunities, you will learn how to identify in-demand candidates and work with them to identify career options.
• You will be working through a range of systems including CV databases, job boards, CRM systems and video technology.

Your Profile:

• You must have an outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to organise your own working schedule, once trained up you will have a lot of autonomy in your day-to-day activities.
• A knowledge of marketing, advertising, social media, and content development would be great, be not a deal breaker, we will train you.
• You must have IT skills (email, internet, Microsoft Word)
• Some sales experience, ideal but not essential
