As part of our ongoing growth plans for 2024, we are pleased to be hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who will join our team of high performing consultants in Belfast. You'll join us as a Trainee Consultant, and with hard work and determination, you can expect to progress quickly within the business, and advance financially.
What does the role involve?
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and this will require you to network with both clients and IT professionals in your niche market. Typical responsibilities include:
Advertising and marketing vacancies
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Building relationships with your candidates and providing market insight
Building rapport with clients, and generating new business
Presenting your candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews, and providing appropriate feedback
Negotiating salaries, managing expectations, and handling the offer processA day in the life of a Recruitment Consultant is incredibly varied, unpredictable, and fast paced - everything a career should be!
Training & Development
You'll join Reperio as a Trainee Consultant, where you will have in-house training as well as external recruitment training (4-5 weeks) and ongoing support and guidance from your Team Lead and colleagues.
Expected Earnings
Year 1 OTE 35-45K
Year 2 45-60K+
Year 3 60K+
Year 4 100K+
