Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Enrolling in our intensive 16-week training program for recruitment success.
- Attend client meetings, foster client relationships, conduct interviews, and bring in new business.
Requirements:
- Energy, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to understand client needs and advise candidates.
- Confidently offer innovative recruitment solutions.
- Networking skills and market knowledge.
- Sales, customer service, or recruitment experience preferred.
