5. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Deliver sales of their range of Business relocation services to new and existing clients. Respond to direct enquiries received to the business, facilitate client development through telemarketing and present the Group’s Commercial services through the tendering / RFP process and all that it involves.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To maintain existing and develop new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods and relevant internal liaison to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- To quote commercial moves and related services both directly and in conjunction with subcontractors, including but not limited to;
- Commercial relocations (offices, schools/ universities, warehouse, library, archive, laboratory etc, etc).
- Crate Hire
- Move / Project management.
- IT Works - Decommission / Recommission
- IT Cabling / floor box moves.
- Building clearance and recycling
- WEEE Waste
- To quote work in a profitable manner and using rates as agreed with the General Manager.
- To arrange the delivery of the work in conjunction with our operations staff or directly booking subcontractors / issue job sheets / communicate work required effectively in advance.
- To ensure all information is uploaded using our inhouse, tools and systems (Bodsweb) and update relevant information held in these systems to ensure it is as accurate as possible at all times.
- To track costs received and match these against their relevant jobs.
- To ensure crates and crate hire costs are managed / tracked on all jobs as needed in conjunction with the division administrators.
