SalaryOur busy NHS/private dental practice in Farnborough is searching for a full time Qualified Dental Nurse and a park time Trainee Dental nurse to assist during patient appointments, working as part of our dental team, whilst providing a safe environment for our patients.
The candidate for the trainee position would already be enrolled on a dental nursing course with some dental nursing experience. GDC registration is required if qualified. Reception experience is a bonus.
Job roles
- Provide support to Dentists, Hygienist and reception staff as needed
- Prepare examination and treatment rooms by sterilising instruments and moving equipment into place
- Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a surgically clean work environment
- Assist in updating and maintaining patient dental records
The practice is fully computerised using SOE/Exact
Good team working skills are essential, along with the ability to work off your own initiative
CPD/Training courses provide on completion of probation period.
