Role: Trainer Assessor – Business and Professional Apprenticeships

Hours: 36.25 per week

Salary: £30,459 - £40,086

Location: Stretford with travel to other sites

Trafford and Stockport College Group is committed to work-based learning and raising skills for industry and has an exciting opportunity for a Trainer Assessor within the Business and Professional apprenticeships provision. A fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to drive transformational change for our customers, employers and communities of Stockport and Trafford.

We are looking for an inspiring and motivating Trainer Assessor with experience of assessing and delivering management and leadership programmes from level 3 to level 5 and ideally experience on Level 7 programmes. As the provision continues to grow within the college group from 2024; we require a Trainer Assessor to deliver and assess a number of programmes including coaching, mentoring and leadership programmes. An ability to deliver online and face sessions is a must and a proven track record of the ability to develop and design training materials for individual and employer needs.

To be considered for this role you must hold the relevant qualifications including: -

• A level 3 qualification (as a minimum)
• A relevant Assessor/Verifier qualification along with
• A relevant teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards these is also required as is GCSE at grade C (4/5) in English and maths or equivalent.
• Experience qualification or teaching within the retail and customer service sector is essential.
• Be flexible with working hours/days
