Training Administrator

Our Preston site is growing! We are on the look out for a Training Administrator to become an integral part of our team! You would be responsible for administrative support to the Training team and ensure that documentation is saved on the system.
Main duties include (but not limited to):
- Strong working relationships are expected across all internal and external contacts
- Be conversant with four strategic pillars (QVIP). Champion this within the department and the wider site as part of the training team.
- Systems are to be highly credible and presented in robust formats. They should cascade through the departments, providing awareness of current performance at all levels
- Researches, plans and coordinates training programs, for all personnel on site.
- Evaluates training program qualification tests and determines eligibility of prospective attendees.
- Conduct appropriate planning activities to develop and deliver areas responsibility in weekly/monthly/annual timeframes.
- Schedules the appropriate classroom and prepares the physical setup, including any audio-visual equipment.
- Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids.
- Conducts presentations for new-employee orientations including the Group Induction.
- Conducts additional presentations when necessary.
- Monitor the on-boarding process for new workers, ensuring that the relevant documentation is sent/received
- Ensure that all documentation is complete, checked and saved on the HR and training systems
- Creates posters/communication for team notice boards as necessary
You will have:
- Experience working in a busy office function
- Good IT skills
- Good communication and organisation skills
