Training Administrator - Sandwich
We're delighted to be assisting our highly-respected client in their search for a full-time permanent Training Administrator. You will provide comprehensive, efficient and timely administrative support to the learning service, dealing with all aspects of training coordination, delegate registration and customer support, using the in-house learning management system. You will report directly to the Training & Development Manager.
This is a 37.5 hour per week hybrid role and salary ranges from around £22,200 to £23,775 per annum, dependent upon experience. Benefits to include a whopping 27days holiday plus bank holidays, an excellent pension scheme, employee benefits and discount card, health & well-being etc.
Duties to include: provide administrative support with course and in house training co-ordination; source appropriate venues; liaise with trainers; update the systems with new courses and workshops; deal with cancellations; send out course information to delegates & trainers; update the system with actual attendance; monitor waiting lists; handle evaluation forms; process invoices; maintain database records; provide customer support via phone/email; collate training information; assist with data reporting; send out information.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent
- Evidence of continuous development
- Experience of organising and coordinating training/events
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience in setting up and maintaining effective administrative filing systems
- Experience of working with Microsoft packages, including word, excel and powerpoint
- Excellent IT skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Able to prioritise workload and have excellent time management
- Be highly organised
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in updating and managing a learning management system, as well as knowledge of the health sector and statutory & mandatory training requirements, would be looked upon favourably.
