The Role:
Happy dog training is looking for office PA this is a part-time role 12 hours per week
- Good office organisation skills
- Setup schedule for socialisation training days, update any new customer contact details; update the list of dogs attending;
- Update/Add client information to the database
- collating receipts updating spreadsheet
- proof reading and editing of documentation
- Organising and updating paper filing plus computer filing.
- Have good organisational skills for current and new projects, helping organise appropriate consulting/freelance companies to be involved as and when required.
Must have:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Must be Computer literate with a strong understanding of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- The ability to multitask
- Prioritise the smooth running of on going projects, liaising with the relevant consulting companies involved.
- Must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Type up notes or documentation, put together spreadsheets as required
- The job is to insure the smooth running of the office
- Liaising with job candidates for various different roles
- Sit in on interviews prepare and take notes
- Do google searches as required
- Diary management; scheduling meetings, minute taking, and organising relevant processes
