- This role is fully office based
Your role:- Answering incoming calls
- Liaising with contracted clients about their security systems
- Booking services into their computer software
- Booking break down appointments and phone calls
- Managing and coordinating engineers
- Full management of the stores and ensuring the engineers have their kit
- Processing daily engineer post reports
- General admin
- Franking
- Sending out reminder letters
- Liaising with customers and colleagues via email
Ideal person:- Confident telephone manner
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
