We are recruiting for a highly successful global engineering and construction company.
They are continuously growing and have added a new position of Training Administration to their large Human Resources team.
Previous experience would be great, or good admin knowledge and the desire to move into HR or training.
Responsible for:
Scheduling a wide range of internal and external learning and development events
Raising purchase orders and responsible for smooth process of invoice payments
Booking meeting rooms/venues, sending invites with joining instructions and organising attendance sheets for trainers
Manage the L&D inbox, being the first point of contact for general L&D queries
Resolve internal and external customer enquiries, referring those that you are unable to resolve to the relevant person
Record and track actions of team meetings
Assisting with any E-Learning queries
Assisting with creating and keeping L&D reports up to date
Keeping employee files up to date with the relevant training records
Responsible for keeping an accurate log of Training Agreements
Other general administrative duties/supporting the L&D team as and when required
Order and maintain stationery
Treat all personal L&D information with the correct level of confidentiality

Successful experience of working in an administration/L&D administration support role and/or in a customer services environment and being able to manage a varied workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Literate and numerate with proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Outlook, and other office applications
