The Role
As a Training Analysis Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be responsible for indentifying and developing training solutions to win new business, re-competitions and to support existing contracts.
Day to day, you'll work closely with the capability team to inform the development of new capabilities and services to meet customer needs.
* Undertake detailed analysis of requirements and develop innovative solutions.
* Provide SME guidance to the business regarding the conduct of TNA
* Indentify. develop and maintain relationhips with key external stakeholders
* Lead the development of the solution for the collective training analysing service
This role is based at Andover with a hybrid working arrangement
Experience Required for Training Analysis Manager
* Experience in applying the UKs Defence Systems Approach to Training
* Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis
* Good understanding of the British Army's Collective Training environment
* Track record of successfully delivering outputs within time and cost constraints
* Ability to work effectively in a complex multi stakeholder environment
37.5 Hours per week, hybrid working arrangement
Qualifications Required for the Training Analysis Manager
* Ideally successful completion of a DSAT TNA Course, or equivalent
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
