Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Compliance Manager to deliver training programmes for our care colleagues. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The Training and Compliance Manager will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices within the organization. Benefits

1.Training Program Development:
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs to meet the organization's compliance needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements and ensure programs align with business goals. 2.Compliance Oversight:
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure the organization remains in compliance.
• Care Certificate and knowledge of CQC regulations and Health Care Act.
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and implement corrective actions as necessary. 3.Employee Training and Development:
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions for employees at all levels.
• Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new hires are educated on relevant compliance protocols
.
4.Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and Compliance documentation.
• Prepare and submit reports on compliance metrics and training effectiveness to senior management. 5.Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance compliance and training programs.
• Collaborate with external partners, as necessary, to align programs with industry best practices. Skills and Qualifications:
1.Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Compliance). 2.Professional Experience:
• Proven experience in developing and managing Training and Compliance programs.
• Previous experience in a regulatory environment is highly desirable. 3.Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and Compliance tracking tools. 4.Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. 5.Analytical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess compliance risks and develop appropriate solutions. 6.Leadership and Collaboration:
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
