As Training and Development Manager you will lead our clinical and non-clinical trainers to develop and deliver the broad training strategy and operation for Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) to our clinical and non-clinical teams.
Reporting directly into the senior management team, you will be visible across the organisation and work collaboratively with Clinical Authors, Clinical Audit, Clinical Coaching, Operations, and Data Analytics teams to define the training strategy for our organisation and prioritise improvements in our training portfolio.
Your main responsibilities:
Drive high standards of training delivery through operational excellence and planning.
Ensure learning and feedback derived from training delivery is incorporated into continuous improvement of the business’ training approach and resources.
Maintain a cutting edge understanding of developments in the Learning and Development Industry.
Deliver training programs that are consistent and compliant with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
Develop and deliver a reporting mechanism to operational colleagues regarding mandatory Training and CPD.
Own and govern the learning management system (LMS) design, setup, and supplier relationship.
What you’ll need to do the role:
You will already be working as a Training and Development Manager or similar with experience managing and leading Clinical and Operational Training teams.
Knowledge of and experience within the disability assessment industry to include PIP and/or WCA and/or special benefits is desirable but not essential.
Experience in defining and developing organisation wide training needs and operational reporting approaches.
Knowledge of capacity planning and workforce management
