To be responsible for assessing the Training and Development needs of Adult Services employees, to implement training strategies, and track training progress and impact.
To work with the Adult Services Training Support Officer to commission external trainers, identify online learning platforms, resources, tools and implement holistic learning and Development opportunities.
To design and deliver custom training programmes that meet the Training and Development needs of Adult Services teams.
