Job description
The Training & Quality Support Officer will support and assist the Training & Quality Manager in the provision of Training & Quality services within the Support Services Department. They will support the Training & Quality Manager in the monitoring of the delivery and effectiveness of training in order to ensure training programmes and initiatives are consistent, effective and efficient and of a high quality standard delivered across the Trust. They will also support the Training & Quality team in leading efficient, innovative, evidence based Training and Quality programs, reporting through accountability systems to promote learning and consistently measure impact and outcomes..

Level 3 qualification in Business/ Training/ Education related subject AND 1 years experience of Supervision/Management/Training or equivalent OR 4 years experience at Band 3 with 2 years relevant experience including Supervision/Management/Training.
