Key deliverables will include:
- Ensure the business has a robust induction/onboarding programme, providing new starters a great experience to start their career
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all training programs.
- Working closely with managers to identify skills gaps and create a Training needs analysis
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
- Create and update the skills matrices for each role within the business.
- Researching and recommending new training techniques to the HR Manager that reflect developments within the industry
The person we are looking for…
· Strong experience in training / learning and development with a passion for developing people
· A proactive, innovative approach, being able to challenge the norm and have a desire to continuously improve
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
· Experience of coaching in the workplace will be advantageous
· Previous experience in the delivery of a wide range of development programmes
· Experience in course facilitation and be a confident presenter
· Good level of IT literacy with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
