The Magdalene Group is a well-respected, award-winning, innovative women-only organisation, established in 1994, providing trauma- and gender-informed services with the Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) agenda at the heart of all that we do.
The Jigsaw Programme is a training and education project within the organisation, with an excellent track record of delivery to children, young people and professionals across Norfolk.
We are looking for someone with a comprehensive understanding of the VAWG agenda to develop working relationships and partnerships across different sectors, to maximise opportunities for growth, development and income-generation to bring about sustainability for the programme.
An exciting part of this role is :
- To develop and implement of a range of accredited sexual violence training, assessment and evaluation packages for professionals across various sectors.
- To deliver and embed training within night time economy businesses (NTE) : to include topics of misogyny, risks to Women and Girls at night, impact of sexual violence, harassment and abuse, consent and boundaries and bystander training.
- To establish a comprehensive data collection system to measure the success and progress of the project as well as incorporating service-user feedback into reviews of the programme.
- To be responsible for staff delivering the Jigsaw Programme.
Salary range: £26,000 – £27,500 per annum fte.
Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours per week. This new role could include occasional evening and weekend work.
