you will be responsible for supporting department leads, communicating with managers, identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals in accordance with legislation and procedure.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all training programs.
- With Department Leads create and update the skills matrices for each role within the business.
- Update the Senior Leadership team in training programme to include completed and upcoming training.
- Update the training spreadsheet when required.
- At least 2 years of experience as a training Co-ordinator, Trainer or similar role
- Ability to organise and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Monitor and feedback on colleague course/training attendance and performance
- Build quarterly and annual training program for all roles.
- Proficient in MS Office and database software
