We are seeking a full time Training Co-ordinator for a well-established company that has been present in Loughborough for 50 years.
About the Training Co-ordinator role:
You will be responsible for delivering training of all production employees.
Working alongside relevant managers to enhance continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the workforce are equipped with the necessary skills required to do their jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and deliver training sessions for employees as required
- Develop and maintain training plans and matrices for all departments
- Develop training schedules with managers
- Work with relevant departmental managers to identify any training gaps
- Work with relevant managers to update and/or create new work instructions of new machinery or tooling
- Track, plan and deliver any refresher training, ensuring we are legally compliant at all times
- Work flexibly and responsively to production needs
- Complete checks to verify operators/assemblers are doing their jobs correctly according to work instructions
- Evaluate all training to ensure business objectives are being met
- Any other duties that may be reasonably required
About You:

- Good time management skills
- Able to prioritise and juggle conflicting priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
The details:
- Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:30 & Friday 07:45 to 15:15
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime rates after 40 hours
- Weekly pay
- Holiday pay
Pay:
£11.44 per hour with overtime after 40 hours if required
