Training Operations Manager
The salary for this role is 45 - 46K dependant on experience with up to 1500 bonus and company car is included.
BASED IN BELPER
Reporting directly to the Head of Training this is a pivotal role within the training organisation. As Training Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Trainer Team and supporting the Development and Coordinating Team to delivery of high quality, technically accurate training, to both internal and external customers.
DAY TO DAY DUTIES:
- Oversee and lead the team of Training Managers ensuring correct focus and steering of the team to deliver against KPIs, defined targets and objectives.
- Ensure training for Customers and Internal stakeholders is delivered to the highest standard in order to meet business needs and achieve training targets.
- Training and development needs of trainers are identified, and effective development and improvement plans in place in order to ensure effective improvements and a High Performing Team.
- Collaborate and work alongside other areas of the Team and Business to ensure upgrades to courses, content, delivery methods and new product launches are effectively rolled out to the Trainers and Support Trainers in a seamless manner
ABOUT YOU:
- Degree / HND Qualified.
- Previous Operational Management experience or similar role is essential.
- Commercial awareness and customer focused outlook.
- A proven track record of managing a busy team with multiple priorities using excellent leadership skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-starter who is able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent technical knowledge of heating and system technologies beneficial.
