Transaction Support Executive role offering exposure to M&A deals across a broad range of industry sectors and superb long term career progression.

The Opportunity

Due to the Group’s continued success, an opportunity has arisen for a charismatic, engaging and ambitious Transaction Support Executive to join the team of Corporate Deal Executives at the firm's modern head offices in Bolton. As a Transaction Support Executives your duties will include:

  • Supporting the Corporate Deal Executives managing a portfolio of clients
  • Regular communication and meetings with clients and potential acquirers
  • Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
  • Building relationships with clients, trade acquirers, private equity investors and other professional advisers
  • Analysing financial information and negotiating offers

This is a varied role, where no two days are the same, and is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven person looking to start or develop a career in M&A / Corporate Business Sales.

The business offers ongoing support and training from an experienced team of Deal Executives, and Directors.

As a Transaction Support Executive, you will be targeted with supporting the Corporate Deal Executives to complete business sales with an attractive commission structure available.

The Person

You will be an ambitious Graduate able to meet the following criteria:

  • A degree in a business, management, administration, or finance related subjects is desirable
  • Good level of business acumen
  • Confident, driven individual able to hit the ground running and add to the established and dynamic team
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own time effectively in a deadline-orientated environment,
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • IT literate - experience using basic Microsoft package essential,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Ability to think outside the box and problem solve, and
  • Love meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships
