Form of workElevation Accountancy & Finance are excited to be working with a specialist manufacturing business based Rotherham, as they look to recruit a Transactional Accountant into their team, to support the Finance team with transactional finance activities and the processing of VAT submissions.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Transactional Accountant will include:
- Processing of VAT returns for the UK entities
- Monitoring and reconciliation of corporation tax payments
- Analysis of accounts for tax submissions
- Monitor Accruals and Prepayments
- Processing of Supplier Payments
- Daily bank postings.
- Weekly Input to the cashflow model.
- Support the month end process.
- Assistance with the annual audit.
- Preparation of P11D information
- Day to day support / cover of the finance function
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following skills & experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- AAT qualified or studying
- Good analytical skills
