Transfer Pricing Director / Senior Director

The role :
As a Director on our client’s Transfer Pricing team, you will lead a group of innovators to address complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Additionally, you will manage the Transfer Pricing Practice, enhancing your professional and leadership development.
As a specialist in intercompany pricing arrangements among related business entities, your expertise will cover transfers of intellectual property, tangible goods, services, Advance Pricing Agreements, and financial transactions. You will play a pivotal role in navigating complex business issues from strategic planning to operational execution.
• Client Management: You will oversee key client relationships, offering strategic advice and support on complex Transfer Pricing matters. You'll also supervise the preparation and review of client deliverables to ensure they are timely and of high quality.
• Practice Management: You will lead the growth of the Transfer Pricing practice in Saudi Arabia, develop thought leadership, implement best practices, and participate in firm-wide initiatives.
• Team Leadership & Development: You will manage and mentor the Transfer Pricing team, providing guidance and support to help them enhance their skills and knowledge. You will also monitor team performance, ensuring that all members achieve their goals.
• Business Development: You will identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients. You will also engage in proposals, webinars, seminars, and presentations to clients.
• Risk Management: You will manage risks associated with client engagements, assessing and mitigating potential risks.
• Transfer PricingCompliance: You will oversee the preparation and review of CTDF, Local files, Master Files, and other relevant Transfer Pricing filings, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations and meeting all deadlines.
• Transfer Pricing Advisory: You will oversee the preparation and review of advice provided to clients, ensuring it complies with Saudi Arabian tax regulations and that all advisory deadlines are met.
Skills and attributes:
• Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. A master's degree in tax or accounting is preferred.
• Professional Certification: You should hold a professional certification in accounting or tax (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA, ADIT,CTA).
• Skills: You should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership and analytical skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
• Experience: You should have 8-12 years of relevant experience in a tax or accounting firm, with at least 4-6 years in a leadership position.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
