Exciting opportunity for a Transformation Analyst to join a growing organization kickstarting a business transformation journey.

Overview of job:
My client are undergoing a business wide transformation. Given the size, scale and impact of this transformation, they require capabilities in co-ordinating scope, shape and prioritise deliverables across the business and senior leaders, in service of our 2024 gameplan. This role would work closely with Head of Transformation and other senior business leads, who own initiatives and gameplan deliverables that span our organisation - from Brand, Merchandising, and Commercial to Product, Technology and Operations. This role would be working at pace and navigating ambiguity to hold the business to account to its gameplan and strategic commitments, through robust reporting, analysis, governance and challenge.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Work with partners across the business to build out and execute initiative delivery plans
- Analyse business data to identify patterns and derive actionable insight.
- Collate, prepare and present Executive reporting - providing insight and recommendations
- Support the creation and presentation of business cases and cases for change.
- Support development and execution of project plans to turn ideas into reality.
- Support the monitoring and realisation of business benefits from our strategic investments.
Measures of success - In the first few months, you would have:
- Understood global strategy and 2024 gameplan - objectives, culture, and key initiatives.
- Taken ownership of gameplan (and KPI) reporting to support tracking and review.
- Been assigned to one or more in-flight workstream, to support with co-ordination activities.
- Built effective working relationships with peers and partners in the key teams across the business.
What you will need:
The ideal candidate will have..
- 2+ years' experience in similar role and proven experience working on high profile transformations.
- Problem-solving intellect and ability to propose solutions as well as to understand challenges; you'll be adept at understanding how the business operates today and at identifying how we could improve in the future
- A keen eye for detail and a desire to understand both the business context and technical content you are working with.
- Strong analytical skills; the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and generate relevant, meaningful insight; to effectively document qualitative observations and back them up with quantitative evidence in a business context.
- Strong proficiency in Excel as well as experience in data visualisation tools such as power Bi.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, judging the pertinent level of detail for each situation and adjusting messaging accordingly
