Transport Administrator

We're looking for a Transport Admin to join our team, focusing on the Howdens Contract. You'll be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient and compliant movement of goods, ensuring our PM shift runs like clockwork.

What you'll do:

• Ensure drivers adhere to safe driving practices and comply with regulations.
• Manage staff effectively, including drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to guarantee roadworthiness.
• Generate reports to document activities and provide valuable insights.
• Review and update policies and procedures for optimal efficiency.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• CPC qualification (not essential)
• Understanding of Driver Hours/Working Time Directive
• Experience in data entry
• Computer literacy, particularly Excel and Word
