Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver logs, vehicle maintenance records, and shipping documents
• Act as a liaison between drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies, including safety standards and legal requirements
• Identify and address transportation issues proactively, finding effective solutions to minimise disruptions and delays
• Develop efficient transportation routes to ensure timely delivery of goods while minimising costs and maximising resource utilisation
• Coordinate schedules for drivers, vehicles, and shipments to optimise efficiency and meet customer demands

What's needed

• Ideally having a previous experience working in Supply Chain or FMCG environment
• Proven experience in transportation coordination or logistics administration
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in transportation management software and MS Office suite
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
