About the role
You will be responsible for communicating daily with drivers via telematics systems, and supporting the planners working alongside you, combined with a high level of general administration duties which will be required for this position.
- Working Monday to Friday, 06:00am – 15:00pm
- Liaising with various stakeholders in both the EY and UK and dealing with any queries with may arise, so we’ll need you to work quickly but accurately, to ensure we are delivering a great customer service.
- Following vehicle movements, helping to ensure on time collections and arrivals
- Collating driver hours and assisting in managing the timesheets with other members of the team.
About you
A good level of administration experience would be advantageous working within a fast-paced environment. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative combined with a driven approach to the work undertaken is required to make sure documentation is completed to the desired standards, ensuring customer service levels are met.
