Job Description
- Oversee the entire transportation department to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and uphold all legal transportation standards and regulations.
- Develop strategic plans to increase efficiency in transportation operations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure vehicles comply with necessary specifications.
- Manage and lead a team of drivers and transport personnel.
- Plan and implement budgets for the transportation department.
- Collaborate with other managers to synchronise logistical operations.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to transportation.
