Job Description
- Oversee daily operations in the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Ensure high-level customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare operational reports and present findings to the management team.
- Train and mentor new team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Executive should have:
- A degree in Business Management or relevant field.
- Proven experience in an Operations Executive role or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to resolve issues and handle complaints effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
