Job description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Commercial Partnerships Executive to join a highly successful travel company, remote working with some visits to the London office.
The whole team works closely together and is also tightly connected with the whole business, providing the opportunity to both bounce ideas off and learn from each other.
The overall purpose of your job is to support the Partnerships team who manage the commercial relationships with a broad portfolio of key travel suppliers.
Travel Commercial Partnerships Executive Duties:
* Production, renewal or amendments to commercial agreements liaising with the Commercial Partnerships team to ensure accuracy and governance.
* Ensuring that the CRM system is kept up to date in terms of commercial contracts.
* Requesting data from partners and then analysing and reconciling figures for statistical and financial reporting plus supporting with invoicing working alongside our Commercial Data Analyst.
* Monitoring market activity and providing insight to the wider team where possible.
* Supporting the relationships with suppliers to design, implement and manage promotional campaigns, incentive campaigns and marketing activity, from inception to conclusion.
* Co-ordinating and supporting with organising member events, webinars and fam trips including the content alongside the Events team.
* Attending relevant UK events and exhibitions.
Travel Commercial Partnerships Executive - Essential Requirements:
* Similar commercial experience within the travel industry is essential.
* Working with a variety of systems including CRM, content management and data analysis.
* Highly organised, with fantastic attention to detail.
