The chosen candidate will have experience within travel, events or logistics and be comfortable liaising over the phone with clients and businesses.
Day to day:
- Booking and confirming all relevant services with suppliers
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local suppliers and tourism companies
- Liaising with staff of clients to finalize numbers
- Completing proposals for new clients as well as tour products
- Booking in tours for clients
We would love to see:
- Experience in logistics, travel or events is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry
- Confidence liaising over the phone to different businesses
- Polite and professional telephone manner
