Job Title – Travel & Events Project Coordinator
Location – Marden
Salary - £30,000 per annum
My client is a specialist Travel & Events company looking for an Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The succesful candidates will be working with the Travel & Events team focusing on large international exhibitions across various industries.
The role will be centred around arranging bespoke international conferences from conception to completion, making travel arrangements for groups and working on the operations of a large travel projects.
A small amount of international travel will be required annually.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Travel & Events team
- Account management
- Online marketing and social media
- Dealing with complex rooming lists
- Updating bespoke database
- Dealing with suppliers and using their online platform
- General administrative duties
- Assisting in planning of international corporate meeting and events
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written, spoken and face to face)
- Attention to detail
- Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly organised
- Good time management
- Team player
- Experience with online marketing and social media awareness
- Highly motivated, confident, enthusiastic and flexible
