Senior Business Travel Consultant – Evenings shifts
Fully remotely based anywhere within the UK
To £37,500 (negotiable) + Bonuses and Benefits
Our client is a well-established market leading, high touch Business Travel company with a reputation for providing a highly focused customer experience.
Due to growth, they are now seeking experienced Business Travel Consultant's to work on a variety of high-profile clients.
These clients are US based so the shift patterns are Monday to Friday from 1.30pm to 10.00pm or 2.30pm to 11.00pm.
No weekends are required for this role.
The role can be based in Central London on a hybrid basis or remotely anywhere within the UK.
To be considered, previous experience within Business Travel is essential as well as GDS knowledge and good fares knowledge.
Senior Business Travel Consultant Responsibilities:
Working on a select portfolio of clients
Booking all requests including flights, hotels, transfer etc
Working to agreed Service level agreements.
Dealing with any schedule service changes and amendments.
Senior Business Travel Consultants Experience Required:
Working knowledge of a major GDS.
Previous Business Travel experience is essential.
Exceptional fares knowledge
Excellent worldwide flight knowledge, both nett and fully published fares
Ability to work under pressure and to multitask.
Senior Business Travel Consultant Information:
Basic salary up to £35,000 negotiable plus quarterly bonus incentives
