I am working with an incredibly exciting organisation, seeking a Sales Consultant to join their fast paced and expanding travel organisation! Based in the centre of Cheltenham, this a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for travel, to start their career within this exciting and growing industry!
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the progress of bookings from start to finish
- Designing tailor-made itineraries, working towards budgets and booking availabilities
- Contributing to team sales targets
- Negotiating rates with providers
- Reliably follow all company processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- To work in close partnership with the Sales Manager
- Preparing quotes
- Establishing client requirements and creating bespoke itineraries
- Maintaining accurate records on the reservation system
- Managing clients requests to the brief
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a global clientele

Requirements
The Candidate:
- Must have previous experience working within sales
- Previous experience within Travel Sales would be highly advantageous
- A passion for travel is a must!
- A good level of geographical and general knowledge of Europe is desirable
- Articulate and creative
- The ability to liaising with
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury travel industry
- Experience working towards sales targets and achieving
- Must have an exceptional telephone manner and written communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong commercial relationships
