Travel Sales Support / Account Manager

As a Travel Sales Support / Account Manager you will assist and support a growing and dynamic sales team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced applicant within a Tour Operator / DMC working within Travel Sales / quotations or operations!

This is a Hybrid position based in Central London

As a Sales Support Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

• Creating, amending and sending Quotes requests.
• Developing and maintaining client relations.
• Preparing and sending out offers and follow up with customers to win business.
• Managing and developing client relationships.
• Checking and maintaining hotel options and deadlines.
• Active involvement in operational aspects as required.
• Assisting accounts department with any credit control queries.
• Supporting Operations during peak season.

Skills our client is seeking :

• Experience working within a Tour Operator or Travel Agency IN Sales OR working in a Hotel Reservations
• Customer oriented approach and able to make calls to clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Be competent on Excel, Word and Power point.
