Your Expertise is Key:
- Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Remain at the forefront of industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs through ongoing research and collaboration.
- Work seamlessly with other departments to ensure a flawless client experience, from pre-booking to post-trip.
- Partner with product development and marketing to ensure our Asian offerings are constantly evolving and industry-leading. Growth opportunities exist to take ownership of specific countries within your region.
- Support your team leader in day-to-day operations, including recruitment and training of new team members.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a fervent passion for Asia and demonstrable knowledge of the region.
- Offers a minimum of 2-5 years of work experience. Experience in bespoke Asia travel is a plus, but passion and knowledge are paramount.
- Has ideally lived and worked in Asia (a benefit, not a requirement).
- Consistently delivers high-quality results within deadlines.
- Communicates effectively and possesses a personable manner.
