SalaryIQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Treasury Analyst for one of our most prestigious clients who are a global industry leader in the software sector. The role is based in Central London where there is a hybrid working policy in place. The role will pay a competitive basic salary, bonus, and industry leading benefits.
The purpose of the role is to assist with running the day-to-day cash management and foreign exchange activities of the function. You will conduct the execution of all front office processes in a timely and accurate manner to ensure that global risks are managed and that the Group does not suffer financial losses.
What is expected of the Treasury Analyst?
- Ensure monthly global netting programme is executed in accordance with Group policy
- Global intercompany lending execution
- Execution of all foreign exchange requirements relating to netting, intercompany loans, active hedging, third party exposures, dividends and M&A activities
- Assist with the monthly cash forecasting process to ensure that every global entity in scope provides timely and accurate data for reporting to senior management
- Ensure bank guarantee requirements for all entities in the region are fulfilled
- Ensure companies follow policy and procedures for Treasury related processes by maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and decision makers across EMEA
- Assist in producing monthly front office management and financial reporting for the board and senior management
- Deputise for Senior Treasury Analyst as necessary
- Participate in front office projects as required
What we look for in a Treasury Analyst?
- Experience of cash management practices in a complex multinational environment
- Knowledge of the foreign exchange market and how to execute trades with experienced market professionals
- Familiar with trade finance instruments such as guarantees and letters of credit
- Familiar with recognised Treasury Management System, ideally IT2
- Familiar with online trading platforms
- Experience with online banking platforms
- Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines
