About the role
You will be joining a high performing Supply Chain team based at our Twickenham office (hybrid working 3 days per week in the office, Office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday). In this Supply Chain Analyst role, you support the supply EMEA team with focus on local production and continuous improvement to ensure stock optimisation.
- Support production planners with the managing of the production planning process for TWE locally produced sku’s.
- Support bulk wine orders (internal and external suppliers) and liaise with Contract Packer to coordinate production schedules.
- Build effective relationships with contract packer & freight forwarder which enable the resolution of issues and collaborative approach to process improvement.
- Help maintain accurate and current inventory records for all stock held at outside suppliers. Investigate any differences and highlight issues as they occur and reconcile variances as part of the month end processes.
- Daily Customer fulfilment
- Escalate non-conformance issues as appropriate in a timely and effective manner and manage rework process with Contract Packers to ensure timely availability of goods to minimise inventory write-offs.
- Continual improvement of processes to meet business needs - liase with external partners and internal departments to ensure effective processes are in place, understood and being adhered to.
- Support the scheduling and delivery of NPD activity within the region by ensuring bulk wine availability and production space to support NPD projects and post launch transition to on-going business.
- Tracking status of bulk PO’s & Work Orders within JDE, ensure accurate vintage, date and volume information to assist planning processes.
- Ensure integrity of the data imported into INFOR from each supply source & stock parameters. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial and inventory transactions in JDE.
About you
We are looking for someone who has a couple of years’ experience in a similar production planning/ supply role within the FMCG industry. You will be someone who has great attention to detail and an analytical mind.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have strong Microsoft Excel ability
- Understanding of or the ability to use JDE & INFOR
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills Ability to maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally to achieve results.
