Description
- Processing Treasury Payments.
- Producing morning Treasury reports to send to clients.
- Negotiating and performing currency trades.
- Daily upkeep of multi-currency cash books.
- Preparing manual payments through relevant Banks
- Administrating BACS payments through Host-to-Host platform Access Pay
- Managing general accounting ledgers, recording journals.
- Performing bank reconciliations successfully before deadlines.
- Performing administrative tasks.
- Recording standing orders and direct debits.
- Preparing and communicating daily banking activity reports.
- Producing weekly cash flows for both media and creative entities.
- Audit queries.

- Ideally you will have operated as a Treasury Assistant
- Excellent organisational Skills
- Confident system user
