Treasury Operations Manager – Financial Services – 12-month FTC

West Yorkshire (flexible working available)

Up to £70,000 plus benefits

Outsource UK has partnered with a well-renowned Financial Services organisation who are looking for a Treasury Operations Manager to join them on an initial 12-month FTC. The successful candidate will lead and support the Treasury Operations team to deliver highly regulated activity in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Fixed Term Contract opportunity that will require very occasional travel to our client site in West Yorkshire but will be predominantly home-working.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Support and manage the small Treasury Operations team, ensuring that all key controls are performed by internal policy and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and develop the existing team and support them through a period of transformation.
• Be responsible for day-to-day cash management for multiple group companies impacting group funding plans and retail customers (mortgage advances, customer faster payments, wholesale investors)

This role would suit someone who has real attention to detail, has previous experience leading a team, and someone with a thorough background working in the Financial Services sector.
