Treasury Manager - Reading (Hybrid) - Permanent - £65,000-£70,000 + Bonus & Benefits

The duties of the Treasury Manager role include:

• Leading a small Treasury team
• Developing key performance indicators for your team members to maintain and improve team performance
• Reviewing liquidity position and cash pooling requirements on a daily basis 
• Approving daily treasury payments
• Assisting in maximising working capital 
• Reviewing the accuracy of historic cash flow reports
• Preparing cash flow forecasts 

The successful Treasury Manager will:

• Be fully qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMA or ACT
• Have a proven track record of overseeing a treasury function 
• Strong track record of driving change and transformation within treasury 
• Business partnering with key stakeholders
• Have experience of mentoring and upskilling team members
