Treasury Operations - Multi-Strat, industry-leading Hedge Fund - Python coding + Flexible working
A very exciting Treasury Operations role has come live working for a Multi-Strat, Multi AUM global Hedge Fund. This business boasts a market-leading reputation, distinguished not only for its consistent year-on-year performance but also for the outstanding talent it attracts.
The Treasury operations team is tightly knit and possesses extensive experience, presenting an exceptional opportunity for the selected candidate to learn from industry experts. The position is also very close to the trading desk, involving intricate tasks on a daily basis, including:
- Margin Call Management
- Trade Capture
- Stakeholder management with the Portfolio Managers + PB's
- Project Management / Process enhancements
- Margin Call Management
- Cash Management
- Liquidity Management
- FX Hedging
What we are looking for:
- 2:1 or better in a STEM subject
- Strong coding skills - Python (ideally) or SQL
- Candidates with 2-5 years of experience within a Trade Support or Treasury middle office role
- Fixed Income background
The salary is highly competitive, with candidates at this level typically earning total compensation in the range of £100,000 to £150,000. Additionally, the company maintains a flexible work-from-home policy and takes pride in fostering a positive culture with very high staff retention rates.
