Here at Barnardo's Care Journeys (Barnardo's Core Priority Programme), we are seeking to make transformational change for children in and leaving care. Triangles is a successful, innovative participation programme that works alongside young people and frontliners. The programme has seen the launch of successful missions to create change alongside key stakeholders. Please be sure to read the additional information document for more information about this role.
This is a national programme so it will involve regular travel across the country, working from home or from a local Barnardo's hub. Occasional evening or weekend work will be required.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking professional stretch and development, the opportunity to be innovative, challenge social injustices and to advocate where needed on behalf of Care Experienced young people at both an operational and strategic level.
Lived experience of the care system is desirable.
