Trust Spr Plastic Surgery

Derriford Hospital is an accredited major trauma centre and a designated burn facility. The post holder will act as a StR Higher who will see and triage acute referrals from the hospital and GPs, review patients in an outpatient setting and assist in their treatment including minor surgical procedures. It is desirable that candidates have obtained the MRCS and possess experience in Plastic Surgery. Each candidate should have achieved F2 core level competences and show specific enthusiasm for Plastic Surgery for higher surgical training.
