Requesting and Tracing Notes for filing. General Filing within the Department. Opening the post and distributing within the Department. Distribution of notes to be sent to and received from coding. Locating notes within the Department to trace and place in post for other Departments. Daily collection of clinics from clinical areas, trace them in and store them alphabetically in the office. Printing of referrals from Referrals inbox and distributing to appropriate consultants. Preparing notes to be sent to Rowan House for operating lists. Transcribing of letters from Big Hand and filing in notes once approved. General administration and support for the Medical Secretaries.
