SalaryWe are currently looking for highly motivated engineering students to intern at a fast paced, internationally growing organization with a start-up culture. In this role, you will participate in a wide range of consulting projects including the design, analysis and optimization of turbomachinery components. This training internship is for a 6-month period, full-time (40 hours per week) and paid. Trainee will be offered a permanent position based on performance evaluations made upon completion of the internship period.

Responsibilities:
- Support global team on all steps of the turbomachinery design and analysis process
- Develop test cases and perform validation on aero-thermodynamic and mechanical studies using in-house software AxSTREAM and AxCYCLE for design, analysis and optimization of turbines, pumps and compressors as well as cycles
- Write technical publications based on internal results and improve existing documents
- Attend onsite/online training classes to sharpen turbomachinery fundamental skills and improve the software
- Participate at conferences and trade shows and animate technical webinars
- Develop and deliver software demonstrations to prospect and current clients
Required Qualifications:
- Masters in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related science
- Recent graduates with GPA> 3.3 and strong interest in compressors/pumps
- Strong theoretical background in to turbomachinery principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer
- Ability to pay attention to details and strong organization skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related science
- Experience with in-house software like AxSTREAM/AxCYCLE
