Tutor – What’s involved?

Being a tutor is a highly rewarding and meaningful role where you will support learners of all ages to achieve their career goals within Coaching. You will deliver online group training sessions as well and 1 to 1 sessions with learners to support them in acquiring their knowledge to achieve their qualification. The role also involves working with stakeholders to support their employee/learner throughout their apprenticeship as well assessing their work to ensure standards are met.

Tutor – Candidate profile

• Coachingt experience where you have been responsible for mentoring/coaching people’s skills.
• GCSE Maths & English (Or equivalent)
• Good communication and people skills are essential.
• Supportive
• Highly organised
• Hard working
• Good interpersonal skills
• Genuine desire to make a difference.
